Our Parents’ Home is a high-end, high-rise seniors’ community on the edge of downtown Edmonton and the river valley. To further raise awareness, encourage potential clients to make a first step in finding out more and continue building brand awareness in the Edmonton area, we designed this direct mailer. The soft, warm colour pallet and image choices reinforce the desired emotional response that this is a comfortable and welcoming seniors’ community. The clear call to action and QR code make it easy to visit the community in person, or take a virtual tour on a mobile device.
