I’m so excited to share your kiddo’s proofs from retake picture day! All proofing and ordering is handled online through our secure proofing galleries. The deadline to place your gallery order is Monday, March 31 at 11:59pm. If you have questions, please contact Rona.

Pre-order your class photo today! The school has opted for group class photos. Class group photos will take place in the spring on retake day (date TBA). Pre-ordered class photos will be delivered to the school at no charge.

Please note: No school delivery for late orders. Late print orders will ship by Canada Post or courier to your own address for an additional charge. Late order admin fees may also apply.

Click on your child’s grade below to be redirected to the proofs for their classroom. Click on your child’s name, then enter your email address and the gallery password as outlined below.

Select your favourite images and choose what print package, digital files or personalized photo product you’d like to order. Pre-order your class photo. Use coupon code SchoolDelivery (displayed in your gallery) for free print delivery to the school (on time orders only). Pay securely online.

Digital files are sent as an email download link as soon as you check out. This link is active for 7 days. Download immediately. Print orders are delivered to the school.

We have more than just prints! Look for these unique ways to share and display images of your kiddo when you’re ordering. Some of the most popular items include metal collage walls and mugs.

Proofing gallery links

Passwords are CaSe sEnSiTiVE. Your password is your child’s FIRST initial and the first FOUR (4) letters of their last name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS followed by their grade number. No spaces, hyphens or other punctuation. Exceptions are kindergarten students, who use “K” in place of a grade number and junior kindergarten students who use “JK” in place of a grade number.

Example Password

Your child’s name is Jessica Jones and they’re in grade 5; the password for your gallery is JJONE5. Suppose Jessica has two siblings, Emily is in afternoon kindergarten and Michael is in grade 3. The passwords for each gallery are unique. Emily’s password would be EJONEK. Michael’s password would be MJONE3

Password Exceptions

EXCEPTIONS are when your child’s last name has only two or three letters, such as “Ma”. In this case, your password will be your child’s first initial along with their full last name and their grade (Example: afternoon kindergarten student’s name is Olivia Ma. The password for your gallery is OMAK).

FAQs

What email address do I use to sign in to the gallery?

Use your own personal email address.

Are class photos groups or composites? And what’s the difference?

Students were photographed in a group with their classmates on the first picture day. Composite class photos are like a mini yearbook page: each child’s name and photo appears on a single sheet with their classmates.

How do I get the digital files that I ordered?

After you check out, you’ll receive a download link by email for the images you ordered. This link is only active for 7 days, please ensure you download and back up your images somewhere safe. There is an unarchiving fee applicable to resending image downloads 3 months or more past your school’s original ordering deadline.

I’m locked out of my gallery, what do I do?

If you’ve entered an incorrect gallery password too many times, you will be locked out. This is a gallery safety mechanism to combat unauthorized access. Clear your browser cookies or cache and try again in a new tab. Passwords are CaSe sEnSiTiVE, please ensure you are using correct capitalization and spacing (if applicable). If you are still having trouble, contact the studio for help.

I missed the ordering deadline. Can I still order school photos?

You can place an order for your school photos at any time, up to 2 calendar years after picture day. Contact the studio to have your gallery recreated. There is a $10 late order fee that may be applicable to orders placed after the ordering deadline plus shipping charges for prints to be delivered to your home address (no school delivery for late orders). There is an unarchiving fee applicable to orders placed 3 months or more past your school’s original ordering deadline.

How can I get free shipping?

If you’re placing an order before your gallery closing date, use coupon code SchoolDelivery for free print delivery to the school. Orders placed with the coupon are processed, printed and delivered to the school in bulk to keep costs low. Product orders placed after the order deadline must pay for shipping. If you pay for shipping when you check out, your order is processed individually and shipped to your address.

** IMPORTANT NOTE: These images are captured in a short time period with your kiddo. Due to the scheduling arranged with your child’s school, we have less than two minutes with each child. We do our best to capture a variety of expressions and conjure authenticity from your son or daughter during this short time. Some children are naturally more comfortable than others when it comes to photographs and strangers. We do not believe in forcing a child to “perform” just for the sake of capturing “the shot”; but rather we do our best to work with your kiddos, make them comfortable and enjoy that short minute or two we have. Please understand that all images are shot with the goal of being “real” – who they are in that moment. Some laugh, some stand stoic and pensive, some bounce around and giggle; we attempt to artistically capture all of this. The options included in the gallery of your son or daughter were the best shots we had on file and we hope you enjoy each of them! Thank you for your understanding.
