Hello parents of St. Augustine kiddos! You’re in the right place. Please read the following in its entirety.
All proofing and ordering is handled online through our secure proofing galleries. The deadline to place your order is FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6. Please note that due to current cold temperatures, retakes are postponed until the spring, exact date TBA. Retakes will have a separate ordering deadline after retake galleries are released.

Scroll down to find the link to your child’s private gallery. Once you click on the link, you will be redirected to a new page where you will see thumbnails of each child. Scroll to find your kiddo in the alphabetical list. Click on their image, enter the gallery password and the email address you will use for order payment and to have digital file download links to you.
Passwords:
Your password is your child’s FIRST initial along with the first FOUR (4) letters of their last name as well as their classroom (grade and letter) in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
Example:
Your child’s name is Jessica Jones and she is in the grade 5A class; the password for her gallery is JJONE5A. Suppose Jessica has two siblings, Emily is in the morning kindergarten class and Michael is in the grade 1-2B class. They all came for sibling photos. The passwords for each individual gallery are unique. Emily’s password would be EJONEKA. Michael’s password would be MJONE1-2B. The sibling gallery has the same passwords as Jessica’s gallery, since she is the eldest.
Sibling Gallery passwords are the same as your eldest child’s individual gallery.
EXCEPTIONS are when your child’s last name has only two or three letters, such as “Ma”. In this case, your password will be your child’s first initial along with their full last name and their classroom (Example: child’s name is Olivia Ma and they are in the grade 6A class. The password for your gallery is OMA6A).
Deadline to order is Friday, November 6, 2020 at 11:59pm
All purchases are made online and prints are delivered to your child’s classroom, unless otherwise specified. Additional shipping options are available if you prefer to have your order delivered to your home. All prices are available within your kiddo’s gallery when you select an image to add to your cart.
Multiple Gallery Discounts
If you make purchases from two individual galleries, contact the studio with your first two order numbers to receive a promo code for 25% off subsequent gallery purchases. Contact Rona at Pause Photography + Design directly with questions (schools@pausephoto.ca or 780-235-7955). You must contact the studio for your discount code BEFORE making a purchase from your 3rd gallery. Refunds will not be issued.
Retakes
Due to the current colder temperatures, retakes are postponed until the spring, exact date TBA. If your child missed picture day, or if you’d like a redo on their photos, you must sign up on the form below. All retakes are outdoors and by appointment only. Once a date is set for retakes, anyone who has signed up will receive an email notice of the new date.
