Stressing about getting the family ready for photos, stressing during the photo shoot because the kids weren’t sitting still and smiling at the camera. And then, after the session, those photos of my beautiful family just sat on my computer. But that’s all in the past, and it can be for you, too! Sessions that are boring, stressful or full of forced or fake smiles? Heck no! A family portrait session with me is anything but. I’ve tailored my sessions to meet the needs of any family, at any stage in life – let’s embrace the chaos together, haha! With options for gorgeously designed heirloom albums, ready-to-hang wall art and other unique display options, you don’t have to worry about doing anything with your photos after your session, either.

Session Fees

Session fees are separate from all photo/video products. The session fee is due upon booking. Digital files, prints, albums, wall art and other print products are purchased when you view your proofs. On average, my clients invest 1500 in their photos after purchasing print products and digital files after their session.

About Your Session

Storytelling Sessions. Do you want to preserve a glimpse into what your family’s life is like right now, no matter what that might look like? These sessions are so much more than everyone standing in front of a tree saying “cheese!”. Think of these as directed documentary. Your photos will be little freeze frames of your family’s relationships with each other; full of fun and emotion, and will serve as a visual reminder of just how deeply connected one person can be to another. Speaking of freeze frames, mini-films are included in some collections, so you can get all that goodness in moving pictures, too!

Classic Portraits. Do you want a quick update for your family wall gallery and love the classic look of portraits that are more posed? These sessions are shorter than my storytelling sessions, lasting no more than 45 minutes.

Newborn + Milestone Sessions. Hands up if you wish you could bottle that fresh baby smell and keep it with you forever! Babies grow and change so fast (especially in the early days); I’d love to be the one to capture your new love’s squishy cheeks, wrinkly toes and perfect tiny fingers. Posed studio style newborn photography sessions are always popular options for families to mark the arrival of a new baby into their family.
