Summer Shorts 2021
Laura is a friend and co-worker of mine from my days before going on maternity leave from my day job. The day Laura told me she was pregnant with their second child, I could barely contain my excitement! Laura and her husband Kris have a 3 year old son, and they all couldn’t be happier with the news that they are expecting a little girl to join their family early this fall.
We met on Whyte Ave. for their portrait session. Laura was looking fabulous in a fun polka-dot dress. This woman makes pregnancy look good. I think more women would decide to get pregnant if they were guaranteed they could look like Laura.
Laura and Kris, thank you so much for trusting me to capture these memories for you. Laura, you were a real trooper and were a tonne of fun to work with, especially since you were willing to try anything I suggested.
I cannot wait to meet your baby girl in a couple of short months!
