Project 52 | Week 2, Portrait Photography in Edmonton

For this week’s shoot, I wanted to work on a basic portrait, play with the Inverse Square Law, and see the different lighting effects I could get with a fully open umbrella and then a “poor man’s softbox”, where the umbrella is closed down half way.

Project 52 | Week 1

For the first week of Project 52, I had planned a photo shoot with one of my good girlfriends. However, due to the weather, we postponed our shoot for another day. Luckily, Rascal (our dog) had just had her first birthday and was in need of birthday portraits. Happy first birthday, Rascal.
